I had a sentimental braclet i thought could never be repaired. Not only was it repaired it was reinforced to prevent future breakage. Fast, excellent job looks better then day one. Caring people. Family owned business. Mother and daughter team that are very helpful and fun to work with. They have a nice collection of obscure oddity type pieces if you ask as well. Convenient location right next to UPS on ford parkway in highland park. Google maps will try to take you to the back of the building so dont follow that
