H&M offers a great store experience with clean and organized spaces. Customers have highlighted excellent customer service, with staff going above and beyond to assist with finding items and ensuring a wonderful experience. The selection at the Woodbury location is noted as excellent. Even when short-staffed, employees stayed late to help all customers. Shoppers have described the staff as helpful, fun, and sweet, making the shopping trip much better. The checkout experience has also been positive, leading to a desire to return.
This was my first time at H&M but will not be my last! They have to best selection of cute clothes for all ages! And with the prices of things these days you cant beat H&M! Comfy & Cotton clothes.. I got this beautiful cotton dress!

Stopped there for some new work clothes and was so impressed at how organized and put together the store was. They had everything I was looking for. The associate that helped me was so friendly and helpful. I noticed that all the staff working was the same way with the other customers. I will definitely be returning !!!
