My boyfriend and I came into the store earlier today and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Jane was absolutely incredible. She was so attentive and not to mention hilarious! It was hands down the best shopping trip we’ve ever had. Thanks Jane!!

This J.Crew Factory may be compact, but the service is anything but. Thoughtful, kind, and refreshingly rare these days. Mathilda, you made my day—I’ll be back! Xoxo
