Unable to return or exchange only washed and never worn shirts that shrunk by 2 sizes … no longer had receipt and they wouldn’t look up by credit card. These are only $5 shirts but still… I won’t spend money there again to have clothes shrink after one wash

I love this store a lot.. so it was very disappointing to me when I was in the changing room and I hear a couple doing some stuff that should be happening in the bedroom IN THE CHANGING ROOM next to me… No associates nearby. I told the cashier and she didn’t seem too concerned.

Great store, very clean and organized. Great customer service. We were helped by a beautiful young lady. I don't remember her name, but it starts with an "S" Darker skin, long beautiful braided hair. Smelled amazing🤣. My son says to me " Mom she's so pretty and she smells so good"
I think you might be my son's 1st crush😂

The location is great, clean, and it was overall a wonderful experience. I was looking for a pair of pants, and the dark-haired goth looking girl went above and beyond to help me find my size. Checkout experience went well and I'll definitely be returning here.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This lady, black long gothic hair, fair skin, and somewhat tall was being extremely rude and passive aggressive to my friends and I. Everywhere we went in the store, she followed. But she wasn’t nice and welcoming, she had annoyed facial expressions, so her excessive presence made us feel very uncomfortable. We spent a lot of time in the jewelry section because we saw the buy 2 get 1 free deal and were looking for the pieces we wanted. She came by several times, continuously staring at us. We moved onto the jeans section, and then as we made our way to the fitting rooms, she aggressively and unexpectedly snatched the necklace out of my friend’s hand and said that jewelry had to be held at the front of the store. I have NEVER been told, in any H&M store, that the jewelry needed to be held at the front. We felt offended and uneasy with our experience at this H&M store. Done with the dressing room, this very nice young man greeted us with our clothes we didn’t want, but the mean lady with black hair was there too, ruining the store experience. As we made our way back to the front, to checkout, we stopped by the jewelry again because we had not yet found a third piece that would fulfill the discounted offer. Again, she was near, with her extremely uninviting and uncomfortable presence. We walked to the checkout, where there was a very nice and welcoming gentleman who checked us out, but this lady continuously watched us with her, at this point, annoying attitude. To sum this up, this lady made shopping at H&M absolutely horrific. I will never be returning here.

I always come to this location because the customer service is usually really good but today it was horrible. I frequently donate my textiles here and they always give me one coupon per bag but today they only gave me one when I had three bags. The tall extremely fair skinned goth girl rudely told me they never give out a Coupon per bag. I politely asked why and she was just rude and laughed at me. It's really unfortunate because this is the closest h&m to me and this made me not want to shop this location.
