Aside from lack of employees and being on the slow side the bank isnt that bad. The online side is great getting stuff done. Never had a bad experience dealing with the people in person. I do wish they had some of the stuff that tcf had like the coin machine but what can you do.

We had some account work done late on a Friday afternoon. One of the managers, Joanna, stayed late to help us out as we were on a deadline. We really appreciate her focus on finding solutions and being focused on customers.

The bank hasn't changed much since it was TCF. I have noticed there are fewer offsite ATM's available.
