“This was hands down the BEST customer service I have received in my life!! I was going to another store, but the name caught my eye and I chose her shop instead. The owner was very kind, warm, welcoming and she was very helpful, she even offered me hot cocoa. I got a great deal on the three wigs I purchased, PLUS she gave me quite a few free items, and I lost it, lol. I got glue, lashes, bands, straps, lipstick, the list goes on. I loved the environment, and I felt like a person and not like she was spying on me, like in other shops some think I was there to steal. I can keep going but I have to stop. “Parking is next to building. You need to be buzzed in through the door to the desk. Prices are comparable to other sites. Positives: Staff are knowledable and fair to work with. I have confidence that the silver I buy is legitimate as they test all products with highly sensitive equipment because they also create medical grade products. You also get to take possession of your metals right away rather then waiting if you buy online. Negatives: Product selection is much less then buying from an online retailer like SD bullion, Money metals, or others. I have made 3 purchases here and will return. The only reason I rated 4 stars is because you run the risk of having limited selection options which is mostly based on what they take in.”
“I had the Best experience with Duane the owner at Jayandee services. I had him reset my Mom's diamond into a ring. I was so worried leaving this piece and trusting someone with it. He was so kind, professional, listen to my ideas, recommended a Euro band which I have loved. I bumped it a week after having it and bent the prong and scratched it, he fixed it, while I waited and didn't charge me. Highly Highly recommend and trust him with any piece you have.”

I needed a sympathy gift, and the cashier was pleasant and walked me over to a wall with cardinal sun catcher. The price was right, grabbed a small gift bag, and headed to the counter. I'm not sure I've ever shopped that fast...and without feeling stressed in store with so many different trinkets, items, gifts, etc, and having no clue what was available or what to get.

“A television with a remote was what was needed for an aging person who wanted to watch t.v. again and I was able to find one that fit nicely for the elder's apartment and it had a remote control with it and so it was easy for that elder to navigate to find television shows. It was on short notice and I'm glad they were open and that they were kind and helpful.”
