Lunds & Byerlys Highland Bridge is a grocery store with a new building and a good location. The store is consistently described as fantastic, fabulous, super clean, and top notch. Shelves are fully stocked, orderly, and offer many selections of everything, including hard-to-find specialty items. The product selection and variety are considered top notch, with gorgeous produce. The staff is generally helpful and the environment is good, with specific praise for the coffee kiosk. It is a great lunch spot with a great hot food selection, though the buffet food has been noted as a little bit on the cold side. However, the store is consistently described as pricey, with prices considered cray-cray. The produce is sometimes overpriced and not the top quality it once was. The bakery is not good, with cakes and pies that lack flavor and are not worth buying. Some customers find other shoppers to be snobbish and rude. A significant point of concern is the constant presence of a heavily-armed police officer, which some find freaky and bizarre, making them feel uncomfortable. Parking is good with abundant on-street parking for easy access, though some note the old location had better parking. While a few items can be hard to find, the overall experience is pretty good.
This store is great. The people are all friendly. The produce us top-notch, especially the beef.

I like the location and of course a new building is great. They had better parking at the old location. They staff is always mixed with good and not so good. The other customers are always snobbish and rude. Shelves are always full, and orderly. The produce sometimes is over priced and not the tip top quality it once was.
