This is more a dog friendly, walk through park than a child friendly playground park. No bikes, roller skates or mobile vehicles allowed in the park. There are live concerts throughout the summer and at times, just sitting on a wall or bench can be quite peaceful.

Nice park in the middle of a downtown area. Surrounded by apartment buildings. I'm sure they love it. Quiet. Close to St Paul Saints Stadium.
