“Mike takes a great deal of pride in his work. He explained options to my parents in converting their tub to a shower without a complete renovation. When finished, you cannot tell it wasn't built that way in the first place. I would highly recommend Mike and his company to anyone who needs tub repairs or tub to shower conversion. I believe these must be the ones my local hospital supplies because they kept telling me I can keep wearing them after I went in them. I thought they were nuts, but they were right! “EXCELLENT SERVICE. Went to Minneapolis, Minnesota for a week and my mother needed a foldable wheelchair because she forgot hers at home. Called other companies to rent one and the minimum time for rental was one month. When I called Jackson Medical Equipment I was so relieved that they even rent a wheelchair for less than a week. I did how ever have a very unpleasant experience with one of your operators , I felt as though she didn’t have time to listen to my order , resulting in the wrong size tanks being delivered . “Firstly, ANNIE was so kind and patient with me when I called to set up my oxygen with Fairview Home Medical Equipment. I had to call her many times because I was afraid to even set up the oxygen.
When it was set up, I still felt uncomfortable and still had many questions a week later. They sent DONOVAN to answer them.
DONOVAN! I could drone on and on about Donovan! He instructed me in the proper use of the equipment & he is an excellent teacher. He demonstrated processes to me and even called a colleague when I had a question, just to be certain he was correct in his answer. I was not well and sat down on the floor - he sat on the floor with me! He allowed me to repeat the steps back to him and perform those things in front of him to give me confidence that I was doing them correctly (this had to do with switching to smaller oxygen tanks). He assuaged every concern, answered every question and you could just FEEL the GOODNESS that emanated from him. ABSOLUTELY FINE GENTLEMEN.
I would highly recommend this company because of the quality of their employees, the kindness and patience that they showed to me and their knowledge of their equipment. I am very grateful to those who have helped me and I am glad to have chosen them to supply the equipment that I need.

“The Dr was great. The parking not so much. By United hospital. At 10 am ,I parked on the top floor. Pay parking. Take elevator down to skyway walk, then into walk path or elevator again.”
