I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received. Khalid, who claims to be the regional manager, was at the store, and his attitude made the whole experience unbearable. He seemed visibly annoyed about having to assist with switching my phone. Instead of helping, he repeatedly insisted I call customer service, even though I was ready to pay the fees (which are already unreasonably high) for not completing the process online.
His rudeness ultimately pushed me to go to another store across the street to get the issue resolved. This experience has made me seriously reconsider staying with Metro. It’s bad enough that the company overcharges for simple services, but dealing with rude and unhelpful staff is unacceptable. This was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.

Google maps says it opens at 10am Sunday. But when I got here at 10:20am the door was locked and it said that it doesn't open until noon. Always helpful. And I come back at noon and nobody is here. I call the store and nobody answered. Other customers and myself are just standing outside

Khalid was very professional,helpful, and upfront about all the plans & services. Great young Man with excellent customer service skills. He definitely should own his own branch one day if he doesn't have one already!
