I went in with no trailer knowledge on what to do when the lights on my trailer went out. Steve was patient as we walked through whether it was trailer or car. Explained every step and options clearly. He even helped me locate my weird fuse box location and figured out how to open it. Very knowledgeable and great at explaining.

This is not my closest O'Reilly store, but it is my favorite and the one I go to whenever I can. I find the staff to be knowledgeable, engaged, and willing to assist customers. Shopping here is my way of supporting the staff in their assistance of those who need help.
