I have been working with OTT and M365/Business Central for over a year now. Lisa with OTT is hands down the best system consultant I have worked with. Any question is answered promptly and with a full explanation. She’s great at teaching and problem solving. I don’t know what we would do without her!

Lisa has always been great to work with and I would certainly recommend her to someone who is looking for help with Microsoft GP. It's nice to work with someone who understands the big picture.

I can't say enough of how much I absolutely love having OTT and Lisa Stiteler as a support aide. She is both professional and personal. Lisa can diagnose any problem, and has a solution for all of my troubles (normally user error). Their quick work, and fantastic customer service is top notch.
