I woke up to my car gone. I called the company to confirm they had towed it. The guy I spoke with was nice and when I went to pick my car up, the lady that took care of me was also nice. Don’t know either of their names but I appreciated the kindness cause sometimes they can be rude. So thank you! 🙏

Car was missing when woke up in the morning . Call plc to see if they towed it , they said they didn’t have it . Called the police to file a car theft report , the police said it was towed by plc , call plc back and told them police said they towed my car . Didn’t have permit sticker because car was a loaner vehicle...
