It of all the towing places I've dealt with rapids recovery had the nicest employees and the best customer service I've experienced. Although I'm not happy to pay to get my car back they did have the cheapest prices. So the whole experienced was good which is rare for a towing company.

This guys towed my truck(tractor trailer) outside my place and charged me $3800 with this economy and the rude two females at the office after I saw one of my mirrors was broken by them while towing they refused to take accountability and refused to show me the before and after pics smh
