He was extremely patient while working through a bunch of issues with multiple customers.
I've had lots of employees and I watch customer service people.
He's well trained so cudios to management but even more the character he showed means that he has gifting.
Congratulations to the store and him.
If he's not appreciated then I would certainly make an effort to hire him out from under UPS Stores.

John at the counter looked for my missing package until he found it and educated me on why it had been held (weather-related issues) - all with a very cheerful attitude. When I need help with the postal service, I will go here first!”

“My Mom needed me to drop off the package here. The associate / owner insisted I leave the taping and package with him. I was finally convinced and left it in his capable hands! Nice location on Saint Paul's premier shopping main drag Grand Avenue. So much to buy on Grand! I remember spending money here when I was 12 years old!”
“If your UPS return has a QR code (such as if youre returning an Amazon package), this location does not accept QR codes unfortunately. They only accept packages where it has a printed label with a barcode slapped directly onto the package. I couldn't mail out my stuff but the employee was informative & courteous and suggested the next closest ups office to head to instead.”

“Arrived here on a Monday afternoon. Wasn't busy at all. Employee was very nice and helpful. Easy to access. The building is handicap accessible. Parking can be found in front of the bulding or to the side of it.”
“Kind of difficult to find. It's in the old Lunds parking lot. The Fed Ex label is small but visible on the window. Friendly crew available for assistance. My small package was placed on top of a ton of others but made it to its destination the very next morning.”

“I've visited the UPS Store on Cliff Road in Eagan a few times now, primarily for dropping Amazon returns..
Each time, I've found the service to be friendly, guiding. Not like business minded like other stores.
On a couple of occasions, I arrived close to closing time, and the staff, including Abhi(I guess), were still very accommodating. They never rushed me, even when I was still taping boxes, looking for QR codes..
Another time, when I had a minor issue with the printed label, he went above and beyond and printed it for me at no charge. The store itself is consistently clean and organized. Overall, I've had a very positive experience at this location compared to others near my place and would highly recommend it. especially for their willingness to go the extra mile”
“ive always had good experiences delivering mail here - I talked to I believe the customer service supervisor (Jason?) today about some concerns with my and my partner’s mail not being delivered the past month - he explained and confirmed what the issue was (which I was also suspecting) and I just submitted a request yesterday! thanks Jason for the quick turnaround and help! (I didnt see a way to complete a survey in my email so I’m leaving a review instead!)”
