Or as someone at the post office pointed out, you can navigate to Post Road. The line was really long at this time of year but I give 5 stars because I support postal workers ?”

I didn’t catch his name but I’m assuming he was a manager because he effortlessly helped two very confused employees while also helping me (someone’s who’s never mailed a package). He did everything. All I had to do was answer a few basic questions and pay. Very timely and efficient!”

“Stopping in at this location was one of the smoothest post office experiences I have ever had. I went to this location to complete a change of address form after a recent move. It was slow when I visited, and there was no wait to approach the counter. The staff member was friendly and helpful in answering my questions, and I was able to leave without a doubt that I had completed my goal successfully. The parking was easy and well marked, and the interior of the office clean and tidy.”

“Went by on 12/7 to find a package that kept getting sent back to the distribution center. The two men who were working when I came in couldn't of been more helpful and informative. Not only did they locate my package they gave me the info and spoke with the supervisor at the other location to hold it for me and I was able to pick it up. Had my package that was missing from Monday in my hands in about 20 minutes from coming to this location.”

“This has to be the nicest USPS I've ever seen with engaging, polite employees. The lobby was clean and very well stocked. After using the self-service kiosk I started browsing (who browses in the post office) and the employees engaged in conversation with me and gave me tips for the best packaging for my shipping needs. The people who work at this location should be recognized for the pride their customer service and obvious pride they take in their work.”

“Update:5-09-23They've gotten better, some occasional mishaps with the mail being in the wrong mailbox. But We've been having a constant person now which has made it nicer! Mails been coming at constant time/its nice to know when the mail comes especially when it's something important coming. There are off days but that's okay.First review:Never get mail on time, they put the wrong mail in our mail boxes and PO boxes. They're late or never come. They lose our mail a lot.”
