“This has to be the nicest USPS I've ever seen with engaging, polite employees. The lobby was clean and very well stocked. After using the self-service kiosk I started browsing (who browses in the post office) and the employees engaged in conversation with me and gave me tips for the best packaging for my shipping needs. The people who work at this location should be recognized for the pride their customer service and obvious pride they take in their work.”

“IT DOESNT MATTER WHICH ST PAUL BOXES YOU PUT YOUR MAIL IN. ALL OUTGOING MAIL GOES TO THE PLANT IN EAGAN TO BE SORTED. ALSO, CARRIERS HAVE TO PICK UP THE BOXES DAILY. THEY WONT GO HOME UNTILL THEY DO. Maybe get an idea on the process before making accusations.”

“Kind of difficult to find. It's in the old Lunds parking lot. The Fed Ex label is small but visible on the window. Friendly crew available for assistance. My small package was placed on top of a ton of others but made it to its destination the very next morning.”
“Elway post office is the main post office we use. The desk staff is great and genuinely wants to help- they're really patient with me (I'm a headache with all my questions haha). If you want the cheaper way, faster way, have no clue of what way, explanation of international shipping, whatever- they'll help.
This is a fairly busy location so you might bump into a long line. Sometimes it moves quickly, sometimes very slow. Be prepared to wait if you're in line- it's because they're giving the proper patient attention to each customer and they'll give you the same!

There are PO boxes available in the lobby (separate area from the desk area)- the hours are the same as the desk area (closed on Sunday).
I've never felt unsafe and accessibility is good with a lowered counter available for wheelchairs though most of the counters are too high for my wheelchair. They do need more lowered counter space for wheelchair accessibility.”
“The staff was very polite, respectful, helpful, and professional. I'm not so good when it comes to technology (?️?,? ect..) I'm literally when it comes to these things ? ? ? ????. So if anyone else has problems such as I, I'd highly recommend UPS. The service they provide is computers, (w/ Internet) Xerox, make copies, ?️'s and ? ing. They also have delivery service's w/helpful representative. I will definitely return to this The location because it's easy to find, right on Snelling Ave So. The one bad thing I would say is, it's harder entering the location and parking is limited tight. ? ?....”
“I have gone to this post office twice when I have had trouble with missing packages. I have always been greeted so warmly and had my issues resolved quickly. John at the counter looked for my missing package until he found it and educated me on why it had been held (weather-related issues) - all with a very cheerful attitude. When I need help with the postal service, I will go here first!”

“For the most part I really like this post office but the fact they can never take cash because they don’t have exact change drives me absolutely crazy! From what I’ve gathered they start the day with basically no money in the till so if it’s a slow day or even if it wasn’t and most people used cards you are SOL. An organization like the post office should ALWAYS be able to take cash. I understand from working in retail that occasionally weird days can mess up the till but this is a very persistent issue and it is unacceptable.”
“Just wanted to echo other reviews - this is inside Advance Auto Parts. The people were nice and took my box - I give 4 stars because the location makes it seem like it is in the middle of a giant building when it is not. The picture and marker are incorrect.”
