“Hey, I came in with a challenge AJ helped me through it while taking care of a whole bunch of customers He was extremely patient while working through a bunch of issues with multiple customers. I've had lots of employees and I watch customer service people. He's well trained so cudios to management but even more the character he showed means that he has gifting. Congratulations to the store and him. If he's not appreciated then I would certainly make an effort to hire him out from under UPS Stores. Peace John R Tolo Director - Koinonia MN”

“From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Lu. You were incredibly patient, kind, and compassionate while helping my mom get her paperwork notarized. Your warm smile and gentle spirit made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and comfortable. You treated us with such respect and genuine care, and that meant more than you probably realize. People like you make a lasting impression. We truly appreciate everything you did for us, and we’re grateful for the kindness you showed. May God continue to bless you, and may you always keep that beautiful, bright spirit that brings so much light to others. Thank you again for making our day a little brighter!”
