It is a gem of a neighborhood store praised for its superb and incredibly helpful customer service, with courteous staff always ready to help. The store has a great selection of items, including higher quality and specialty products, from fasteners to snow blowers. While the selection is smaller and prices can be a little higher, they are also described as great and on point. Always ready to help! Needed some specialty fastners and was directed to the right place right away. Very courteous help staff and the store is never very crowded.
