Aida was so helpful in helping me with with my accounts at US bank! she was thorough, kind, and make a significant effort to connect with me on a personal level. There was not an ounce of judgement for any of the questions I had, and she was so patient and detail oriented. I wish more bankers were like her - she’s fantastic!

Seriously why is this place the slowest bank in the state? I've never waited so long 2 tellers to look so perplexed to do there job. 22 min in the same spot in line.

I’ve been here just under 2 months and I’ve finally decided that there have been too many events that are having me go elsewhere. Can’t get anyone on the phone during the middle of the day, I had a new debit card created and was told I’d get a call in 3-5 days to pick it up.. after never receiving a call I finally went in 2 weeks after to get the card. After waiting in line for over 10 mins (I was the second in line) I asked to pick up my card and the teller had no idea what I was talking about. Now I just checked my account and I see 3 duplicated transactions for the gas station in the same amount- 2 on one day and the third yesterday which means that something is definitely wrong. Try to call and ask and also stop my debit card from processing and no one is answering at 1:20pm on a Thursday. It actually matters how you process business. Happily taking my money and closing accounts today.

Hit or miss with tellers; some are good some have room for improvement. Zach was unprofessional with poor customer service. I've been satisfied with US Bank overall, I just avoid the Grand Ave branch, which is unfortunately the most convenient location for me.

Very friendly and helpful! They were incredible partners when we started our nonprofit a decade ago, and are always there when we need personalized service. I love St Paul, and this bank has been A+!!!

10/10 would NOT recommend banking here. Closing my account and going to Wells Fargo, a bank who actually cares about their customers.

This place is just full of people who have nowhere else to be. You have a very high percentage chance of standing in line for a long time for no good reason at all.

I started banking with them my first time actually making a bank and it was awesome experience i had some errors but they resolved it and i love that its much easier for me to bank with their app and also can go in person if i have like a BIG issue of course but so far none from them is going all that bad for sure and hopefully it doesn't! Because i see some reviews here and they seem pretty bad.. but i wouldn't want to have issues like them.

We came in on a Saturday, early afternoon. We got their later than we had meant to, and even though it was a bit of a process, Aida worked with us to accomplish what we wanted to do. She was quick, professional, friendly, and gave us all the information we needed to be confident with our financial decisions, even though it was late in her shift and the bank was beginning to close, she did a wonderful job. She was great to work with. Great service.

Worst US Bank branch I've been to being a commercial customer constantly non-commercial people in the commercial Lanes never enough tellers on staff traffic winds out on to Grand avenue waiting lackadaisical attitude of the tellers last time there 32 minutes to get through the drive-thru we'll find a different branch from now on

I started banking with them my first time actually making a bank and it was awesome experience i had some errors but they resolved it and i love that its much easier for me to bank with their app and also can go in person if i have like a BIG issue of course but so far none from them is going all that bad for sure and hopefully it doesn't! Because i see some reviews here and they seem pretty bad.. but i wouldn't want to have issues like them.

I bank at a small credit union that doesn’t have locations convenient to my home. I had some foreign currency to exchange and some coins to cash in so I went into this US Bank location only to find the coin exchange machine doesn’t work unless you’re a US Bank customer. So I waited in line for 15 minutes to work with a teller. When I finally got up there they said they were unwilling to work with me since I don’t have a US Bank account. Absolutely ridiculous. This is why I am not and will never be a US Bank customer.

Horrible process!!!! I recently opened a savings account and found out my account was froze when I tried to pay my bill. I called US bank, they said I need to sign the signature page, which I already told US bank the link sent did not work. Account still frozen, US bank sends paper copy in mail, I sign it and take it into the US Bank branch on Grand ave in St. Paul MN. I call US Bank the following week only to find out my account is still frozen and US Bank signature department is stating they haven't received my paper still and tried calling US Bank on Grand but never got through. Meanwhile I have money in my account to pay my bills but cant and now I have late fees for my bill not being paid. US Bank is horrible. So I just closed the account!!! This branch deserve NO STARS
