Early afternoons are very hard to get in and out. Appears more clerks or help would definitely benefit. I am handicapped and there is only ONE teller that has a seat to use. Overall the staff is suffient and polite.

Tellers are friendly and helpful. The bank is under construction and looks a bit janky.

Aida was so helpful in helping me with with my accounts at US bank! she was thorough, kind, and make a significant effort to connect with me on a personal level. There was not an ounce of judgement for any of the questions I had, and she was so patient and detail oriented. I wish more bankers were like her - she’s fantastic!
