Scheduling is easy, and they’re incredibly flexible — this last time I forgot my original drop off time, and they were so understanding and let me bring our van in later that day.
Their workmanship is phenomenal, and the fact that they warranty their repairs gives us so much peace of mind. Every repair has turned out beautifully, and our vehicles always look great when we pick them up.
One thing that really impressed us this time was the loaner van they provided. Without hesitation or even being asked about a van specifically, they made sure one was available for us — knowing we drive a van but not knowing we have three little ones in car seats! It was such a thoughtful gesture, and the van was super nice and made things so easy for our family.
The entire staff is wonderful. Richie and Cassie at the front desk are always so kind, welcoming, and helpful every time we call or stop in. Austin took extra time to walk me through the process of going through the other party’s insurance and explain what to expect, which I appreciated more than he knows.
They also handle everything smoothly with insurance, making the whole experience stress-free for the customer.

“(9-2-2025) Unfortunately I found myself here again a year later for this time a deer running in front of my car while some menace driving a Black Buick in Saint Joe at 6am was tailgating me with high beams on. ABRA Auto Body has been a saving grace through a very stressful insurance claim and my insurer taking days between getting back to me on top of that leaving me hanging over the Labor Day weekend..
I just got my car back today. Loni was very patient with me.
(July 2024 last year) My car was done faster than expected! The billing process for an insurance was kind of confusing although I’m not sure how much that was me not asking the right questions at Abra. I ended up just letting them call me and they would let me know what to do. It was all cleared up in the end. The process with enterprise was a little confusing too. The Abra receptionist didn’t communicate much of this when I asked. So I just went with it. Was confused about when I pick up my car whether I meet at Abra or at Enterprise. None of this process was explained. This is the first time I’ve had to make an insurance claim or repair like this.”
“When I need exhaust work done there's nowhere else I want to go. This guy is so down to earth, and gets things fixed simply, cost effective, and quickly. Nothing fancy in this shop so don't expect coffee or shiny chairs to sit in. If you expect that, then you probably can afford to go somewhere else where they might replace things instead of doing a simple inexpensive repair. Dude does honest work that I have found and will tell you what might need to be done later but can wait.”

“The starter on my truck went out unexpectedly, leaving me in a huge bind. New/remanufactured options in town were between $250-$300 so I figured it might be worthwhile to see what Pam's had to offer. Brandon at the front counter found me a great option quickly and efficiently. Russell delivered a super clean and functionally perfect starter, right to my vehicle as I waited outside. I was in, out and on my way in about ten minutes.

I was concerned about the issue because it sounded like it was coming from more than one door and was an expensive fix for just one door. They performed an analysis of the problem and determined which door it was coming from. They fixed the actuator and the door locks are working great now! “Have just moved back into the area and O'Reilly's is in the neighborhood. Man ... am I glad they are. Needed a brake light for my Jeep Liberty. It was in stock and Teri has me out the door in minutes !!!However, when I got home and went to do the replacement of the bulb ... It turned out that the light's module was toast.Went back in and Teri and Gabe once again found the part and I was out the door once again.I decided to replace the module and light bulb right there in the parking lot. It's typically a 10-15 minute repair.However, it didn't work as I had hoped. Good thing I never left the parking lot. Teri asked Mike for assistance and Mike discovered that the connection was a bit covered over by the module burning far to hot.Mike ... pull's out his knife, clears out the burnt plastic and out the door I went and 10 minutes later I'm driving home !What a "Top Shelf" customer service group you have at this O'Reilly's ... There are name's not mentioned here, but there's absolutely only great customer serviceThey will truly be my go to for all auto parts needed.”

A little expensive compared to most online parts but they have a lot of stuff in stock and the people at the counter seem to know their stuff. That in itself is usually worth the markup. Not everything is more expensive either. Shop local and support the economy. Well worth going here.”
