“Great honest shop with reasonable rates. They just replaced my water pump and timing belt. They saw the serpentine belt was ready to be replaced so they replaced it for me. My car had a bunch of rattling going in from the heat shields that they silenced. It sure is nice not hearing the rattling all the time anymore. Thanks to everyone at the shop! “Devin worked tirelessly to figure out how to remove my GMC Terrain keys that were stuck in my grandson’s Terrain ignition. The whole issue looked pretty dismal until Devin started using his awesome computer skills and excellent problem solving skills to get the key out. He truly saved the day. I was already thinking that I’d have to go to the local GMC dealership to get this problem resolved. Fortunately for me, Devin took care of our dilemma and and charged a nominal amount for his expert services. “Recently had a tire replaced but began noticing it was loosing air . After being unable to find the leak myself I took it back in where they discovered the leak was caused by my damaged rim that acured because of a bolt coming loose and falling out of my brake caliper not long after the tire was put on.I had recently removed the caliper and rotor to change the axle seals and must have failed to completely tighten everything down. *never happens*In the end Williams had given me a great deal on a replacement wheel to fix the problem and I was on my way.I've been going there for years and am always treated right.”

After I returned, Todd showed me that when they went to change the rotors and brakes on the front, they were still in good shape. Back needed to be done.
