“The apothecary was very quick and helpful. We had to get medicine specially made for our rescue kitten because he is so small. They were able to help us get the medicine asap to get him feeling better! Everyone was so kind!”

“New to the area after a move and this was the first time I used this pharmacy. My doctor had my prescription sent to the pinecone location in the morning and I assumed (I shouldn't have and that's my bad) it would be ready later that day. When I went to pick it up they informed me it would be a few days. I guess it gets sent to the central location on occasion to get filled then sent to the pinecone location for distribution. However then also asked if I had some time as they could just get it done for me now if I wanted. They were visibly busy with things in pharmacy and the drive thru so I was honestly shocked at the offer and very appreciative. They could have just apologized and told me the date the prescription would be ready and have it be that. All of the people working that day were kind and very hard working. I felt it only appropriate since they worked extra hard to get my prescription filled I would take time to thank them again in a comment.”

“This place was great! They had a very wide selection of makeup, Halloween decor, and hair products! I did feel a little judged by one employee but it was probably just my imagination. This is a good short stop for people who want to get in and get out. The bathrooms are singles and can get a little crowded at times.”

“The pharmacy staff are very friendly and professional. I came 6:55 to pick up my medication after work and they were very patient and thorough. I even got a pharmacist consult. I usually refill my meds on the app and when I show up it is ready and waiting for me. The line is quick and the techs recognize me and greet me even though I don’t come in all the time. My family tells me the male pharmacist gives the best shots. They said even though they were nervous he made them comfortable and they didn’t feel a thing!”

“Tim the pharmacist is fantastic. Love the patient attention and time he spends explaining things. Pharmacy was very understaffed for a year or so, but things have markedly improved lately.”
