Sartell Hardware Hank & Rental is a local hardware store that has undergone some layout changes, but customers appreciate the helpful and friendly staff. As a DIY-friendly store, they are understanding with returns and provide quick assistance to get customers back to their projects. The knowledgeable staff are praised for their ability to help customers find what they need, even if it's something more specialized like fishing bait. While prices may be slightly higher than big-box stores, customers feel the excellent service and local options make it well worth the visit.
Nice small hardware store. Even though it isn’t Menards size, I still am to run into something they don’t have that a hardware store would need.

I really love this place. They are so helpful. I recently bought a grill. That wasn't assembled. Thought I could assemble it myself. I was wrong. The manager came to my home to finish putting it together. Not many businesses would do that. Always very helpful.
