“The best in town. Family owned and the owner actually cares. You can tell he really cares about the business and wants to make all his customers happy. I used to use FedEx Office or UPS Store and it was terrible. Always busy, Employees don’t know what they’re doing, And they act annoyed with you for using their services. I decided to call this place just to see if they’d be interested in My business and I’m so glad I did. They charge way less, they are way more friendly and professional, and are happy to do their best work. The quality of service is absolutely insane. They have helped streamline my business and save me time. Plus, if I ever need something, even off the clock, I know the owner would respond immediately.”

“Some crazy guy was there trying to ship for free using some scam called “tax per que”. Both postal workers were very professional and treated the man respectful. The man was not respectful and was very rude.”
“This facility saved me $1000+ on a return for a phone that was delivered and reported as not delivered. I needed proof of a delivery on a return and I didn't have a tracking number. Their policy states they don't keep records past 30 days but they scraped the barrel on the date of my shipment and found it for me. I can't thank these people enough. I wish them the best and that they get promotions ASAP.”

“Staff are kind, knowledgeable, and have good customer service.This doesn't pertain to this location, but the USPS company in general. Not sure why when changing an address online it costs money, though coming into office is free. Seems like more work for staff to enter in the info from the hand written card, than it would be with typed up information..”
