“Can get especially chaotic midday, especially with Amazon returns. Turning into and navigating the parking lot takes patience and alertness. Zero issue with their staffing or systems - I just try to avoid running errands there during rush hour, but even during peak hours, you shouldn’t have to wait more than 5-10 minutes for service.”
“The customer service is above & beyond. I set up a digital mailbox online and went to the store with my documents. The owner called customer service for me and spent the time with me to get documents uploaded and helped me finish get my digital mailbox setup.”

“Hardly ever have to wait at this location. Always interacting with friendly, pleasant staff. Never have any issues with international shipments. Occasionally we have gone a day or two with delayed mail delivery, but that is rare and I trust they are doing the best they can with their staffing and volume.”
