“Adam and the team were so great to work with. They got me in right away, and after what I'm sure were a few choice words with my stereo system they came up with a game plan. I also needed a wheel bearing replaced and they were up front and honest about its lifespan, and let me know my brake pads (I was told by another shop they needed to be replaced immediately) had at least another 2 to 3 oil changes before needing to be replaced. Absolutely wonderful people to work with!”

Throughout the process, Kris respected my boundaries and preferences, and he went above and beyond to address issues with the vehicle I was purchasing. Typically, I am not comfortable working directly with dealership staff, as many tend to focus on upselling additional items. However, Kris was different—he is approachable, down-to-earth, and genuinely kind. He made the purchasing process as smooth and stress-free as possible. “Good prices. Since COVID, it's been very good being clean and well stocked. Having the pay a membership to shop at a store seems foolish (hence 4 stars).
Update 7.2.23: Items that were common are are often not available. Very hit and miss. Update 10.8.23: Items are still hit and miss. Update 3.30.24: Item selection has improved to what it once was, however some common items are still absent. Update 10.13.24: Prices are better than most places however still expensive to the point we are not purchasing some items.”
“Wonderful shop! My lovely girlfriend got her car done here and I was along for the ride, everybody was very friendly, informative, and accommodating. She ended up getting suddenly nauseous when we picked up the car and one of the staff Jamie looked all around the shop and then the main store until he found a first aid kit with the appropriate medication - talk about customer service!
