“This facility saved me $1000+ on a return for a phone that was delivered and reported as not delivered. I needed proof of a delivery on a return and I didn't have a tracking number. Their policy states they don't keep records past 30 days but they scraped the barrel on the date of my shipment and found it for me. I can't thank these people enough.
