This us bank branch looks abandoned. Can't go inside to bank nobody around not even the drive thru. ATM is always lined up with tons of cars!

They have changed the way have to with draw money from a free checking account and never told anyone and I felt like an weirdo asking for withdrawal slip's.Need to let people know ahead of time that your changing things Bank Mangers!!

I went to the drive up ATM which displayed an “open” sign Saturday evening. I attempted to withdraw $200 out of my account. The machine did not dispense my money but the $200 shows up as transaction on my account. Bank said it may take up to 10 days to get my $200 returned after I open a claim on Tuesday. Meanwhile my account is accumulating negative charges.

Found an amazing deal on a car for $1700. Common sense says don't take checks from strangers. Too bad I can't access my money. ATM only allowed me to take out $1000. Lost the deal. Once I sell off my rental house I'm closing all my accounts and refinancing my main house elsewhere. You guys get worse every year.

I went there at 8:10 this morning and the drive thru window was not open! Supposed to open at 8! I work 9 to 5 so this is unacceptable!!!

I tried to withdraw $260 out of there cash machine I was only able to grab 60 of it and the other 200 fell back in. It has now been 30 days since the last dispute was opened and nobody can give me any answers as to what's going on you have cameras all over there and cameras on the cash machine but yet you still will not do anything about it. The first dispute was closed within 3 days of opening and they could not tell me why or give me any answers the second dispute has been open now for 30 days and still no answers. And seeing there was the second dispute they cannot credit my account it's absolutely absurd as soon as I can change Banks I will be changing Banks and hiring a lawyer to deal with this.

They can just take YOUR money and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. My husband made a mistake at the cash machine and wasn't able to grab all of the cash he withdrew. They just deny that it happened. How does this even happen? There are cameras, the dollar amount had to be off, but nope DENIED... and it took them 7-10 days to figure it out, even though the machine errored out after this happened. 😡

I tried to take $260 out of the cash machine I was only able to grab 60 of it and 200 fell back in I went inside the drive-thru after they open and they told me to call that 1-800 number I opened the dispute within three days the first dispute was closed and they could give me no information about it I opened a second dispute and that has been open for 30 days now and still no answers. Seeing that it's the second dispute they cannot credit my account for the money that I lost in their cash machine. You can't tell me you don't have cameras all over that parking lot and cameras on the cash machine to see that that $200 fell back in this is the worst bank ever I will be hiring a lawyer to deal with this
