I needed specific bills for my cash back, so went into the US Bank in Sauk Rapids and was helped right away. The associate was helpful and friendly - I appreciated his quick efficiency.

some good service here and there as the employees do what they can, but us bank is very much a corporate bank that makes you feel like a number. Systems were down, they can’t find my name in the system and couldn’t touch money in my account. Never run into that issue before at any bank.

US bank is always slow and it has a blocked ATM at the Sartell location with the driver through in the same lane. The customer service was rude when I contacted them about the ridiculous place they have the ATM. This is the only bank I have ever seen this kind of a set up.
