Missing mail from the informed delivery all of the time. Today I am missing an important document with personal information that can be compromised. Since it is in the informed delivery email, it was scanned and is missing from the actual delivery. Also, many damages.

I’ve never had a problem before for the 9 years in US, just now! the front lady was rude! some of my important mails never received. I mailed an important stuffs to progressive auto insurance and they never received it, and I was charged for that. Bad bad bad bad experience

In the past 30 days this post office delivered my life insurance 3 days after its due date and has apparently lost, or missent my credit card bill!!!! Too bad compition only applies to the private sector.

People at the office are nice. I question the cognitive ability of the route drivers to be able to match up the number on the package to the number on the house.

My package that was clearly too big to fit in the mailbox was shoved in there. It had sentimental pictures in it which are permanently creased because of the carelessness of the mail man. This has happened far too many times and needs to be corrected.

This is the most useless post office. The staff are polite enough but actually getting my mail delivered is sort of the point of a post office.

Clerks were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in only a few minutes. Shipping rates were also affordable and competitive with FedEx and UPS.

The people at the counter are nice. The actual mail delivery persons are completely useless! I receive shipments several times a week and they're always delayed or get lost completely! I never have issues with the other delivery companies. Everything was fine until the last year or so when things plummeted downhill drastically! It's unfortunate but the only reason these people keep their jobs is because they work for the government. Any actual business that wants to succeed would have canned them long ago!
