“I'd give this place 5 stars if the employees consistently used the brush on the back of SUVs before sending them through the wash. When they do, the back comes out great. When they don't, the car wash tends to miss quite a few spots on the rear of larger SUVs. The attached photo is an extreme—but real—example. My Tahoe was covered in mud after a hunting trip. The crew did an excellent job getting the mud off everywhere else, but they skipped brushing the rear hatch before the wash. The photo shows what it looked like several hours later after it had dried. If your vehicle is only lightly dirty, you probably won't notice this issue nearly as much. Overall, I'm very happy with this car wash and would definitely recommend it. This is really my only complaint, and if they made brushing the backs of SUVs part of their standard process every time, they'd easily earn 5 stars from me.”
