UPDATE:
My local treasurer's office had some issues with the title work and I was unable to transfer the car to my name. I had to send the paperwork back to Octane Automotive for corrections. It happens.
Rob was very prompt in communication and worked quickly to get the paperwork corrected. He even FedExed the documents back to me so I would have them back in hand as quickly as possible.

They really know Mercedes — honestly felt like they treated my car like surgeons. They diagnosed everything properly, didn’t cut corners, and finally got my car driving how it’s supposed to.

“They fixed the ground wire on a 2017 Ford Explorer with a dash camera. I lost one dash camera due to the problem. I didn't buy it from them. I should have bought it from them. It probably would've been covered on the warranty. That's my fault, but they fixed the ground issue. Now I have to order another camera, which, like I said, is the bad part, but they fixed the issue and it was super affordable.”
