UPDATE:
My local treasurer's office had some issues with the title work and I was unable to transfer the car to my name. I had to send the paperwork back to Octane Automotive for corrections. It happens.
Rob was very prompt in communication and worked quickly to get the paperwork corrected. He even FedExed the documents back to me so I would have them back in hand as quickly as possible.
