“I haven't had a need to get a car repaired for the 30+ years I have been driving, but recently my vehicle got rear ended at a slow speed. I showed up at Caliber needing a quote and timeline for the repair. Alissa walked out to my vehicle and she got a quote done in under 10 minutes. I would suggest you call for an appointment and not just show up like I did. The process was very smooth on Caliber's side, and Alissa kept me posted on the progress of my repair. I was supposed to have the rental car company pick me up at Caliber the morning I dropped my vehicle off, but they were short handed. One of the employees from Caliber drove me to the rental facility in Shakopee! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Caliber Collision. When I picked up my vehicle, the new bumper looked great and they washed it as well! Wow, talk about a company that values customers and providing the best care and service to them! Alissa is rock star with a positive attitude and made me feel like my issue was important. Thank you Caliber Collision for the great experience. Like I mentioned before I left, I hope I don't ever need to come back, but if I do, Caliber will be my first call.”
