“Adam and team went above and beyond repairing my vehicle! I had taken my car to Gerber Golden Valley about two weeks ago to do an out of pocket repair on a small plastic trim piece on the interior of my car, something that just needed to be removed and replaced.

Unfortunately, after going to get the vehicle there had been noticeable damage down to the primer on the interior paint. There were dents as well done by tools on the top of the door frame. I gave them two attempts to repair the car, however the paint job was botched and uneven. Eventually I picked the car up and was at a loss.

I contacted the Gerber corporate team and spoke with a few people who put me in touch with Adam. I wanted someone who would take my car and make it look 100% how I brought it originally and treat it like their own car. Adam is the type of guy you need in a significantly higher position than where he currently is, he's severely under utilized and his level of customer service warrants a title and pay raise. He totally 180'd the previous experience I had and restored faith in this company.

He arranged a loaner and paid the daily cost for me right away. We had a slight issue where enterprise had not heard from them to cover an additional day, however I called the front desk and within one minute she had resolved this. Additionally, Adam replaced components that were damaged from buffing and even took out scratches on the vehicle the other location did not even do out of his generosity. The detailer mentioned they spent several hours cleaning the vehicle, which is a huge kudos to them as well. The entire team was fantastic. Adam communicated with me every step of the way, even bringing his team in on the weekend to make this right.

I hope corporate, and all future customers, see this review and know they can put 150% confidence in Adam and his entire team. Everyone here should be recognized for their phenomenal customer service, quality work, and genuine kindness. I know this was frustrating to many of them for the late hours and long weekends, but please know I will value it more than you can realize.
