“LaMettry’s was extremely helpful. They were fast in getting an estimate back for me and my insurance. They were super flexible in letting me go clean out my after gettign it deemed a total loss. One of the workers even came out from doing his job to help me when my seat was stuck! Which he did not have to do. So i appreciate him doing that! Office staff was so friendly and made quick work of everything i needed! Hopefully i wont need them again? but if i do ever- as someone not from the cities this is my new too place! “My car was fixed but what I found unacceptable was the fact that they charge their customers to swipe credit cards. This is big business not willing to pay their business costs by passing the swipe fees to their customers. In addition, they told me at pick up time. I found this quite sneaky. Won't recommend them.”

Scheduling was easy and they give you a curtesy car. Only took a couple of days to have my car back.
The only reason I give them a 4 out of 5 is because I had a really frustrating customer service experience between them and my car dealership.
I purchased their full paint protection wrap through the dealer which was rather expensive. When I got the car to P&L we discovered that a good portion on the front had already been wrapped by the previous owner.
At first I was told they could remove it and apply their product which I was fine with. But then later I was informed that they couldn’t. Since they were only able to partially wrap the car I was/should have been entitled to some level of “discount”.
Getting this figured out was an absolute headache. Both my dealer and P&L said they were working together to figure it out but when I asked for updates, they each pointed the figures at each other which was super frustrating.
After 4 months of this, many phone calls and trips to both locations, I finally received my “discount” which was about $300 off a $2,000 package…. Given they weren’t able to do around 40% of what was included in the package, this didn’t feel fair or right to me but at that point I was too frustrated to do any more about it.
Again the product is really good and much of the service issue I had was due to an odd situation and on the dealer as much as it was P&L which is why I still give them 4 stars.
My advice to P&L. you and my dealer touted your relationship and how you were going to take care of me when I purchased the car. Your owner was even visiting dealership at the time and helped sell me on the “titanium wrap package”. But then with this odd situation, instead of working together to find a reasonable solution, you made it my problem to figure out and we’re both pointing fingers at each other. It felt like i was dealing with two children and it really ruined my experience of working with both of you. I don’t know if I will use either one of you with my next vehicle purchase as a result.”

“Tyler provided excellent service and was able to put up a new film as a renter had made cut marks in the old film as they were trying to remove their signage on our commercial door. Solar Shield came out yesterday late afternoon and was able to install a new film at 10am today. We have used Solar Shield in both our commercial space and residential. The reason we originally used Solar Shield in our residence was to protect our leather furniture from the sun beating through the windows. I highly recommend them.”
