“Updated from my previous review notes- I just got home from picking up my vehicle and I am very impressed after looking over the updates and work that was completed this week. I dropped my vehicle off Monday morning and the entire process felt smooth and easy. Communication was clear and each step was detailed and explained well. I want to shout out Eric for being very professional and giving superb service. He shows pride in his work and goes above and beyond in everything he does.
Truthfully, I brought my vehicle in weeks prior and had a rough experience with communication and insurance issues that were quite frustrating.
