“Lawrence Stiele, Manager at LeMettry's in Richfield was going to give me an estimate to repair damage to my Honda CR-V Front/Side fenders/wheel well. Instead he took time to use special products to buff out the scraps/marks left my truck side-swiping my vehicle. Even took time to use special product on the black rim around the tire. “Adam and team went above and beyond repairing my vehicle! I had taken my car to Gerber Golden Valley about two weeks ago to do an out of pocket repair on a small plastic trim piece on the interior of my car, something that just needed to be removed and replaced.
Unfortunately, after going to get the vehicle there had been noticeable damage down to the primer on the interior paint. There were dents as well done by tools on the top of the door frame. I gave them two attempts to repair the car, however the paint job was botched and uneven. Eventually I picked the car up and was at a loss.
I contacted the Gerber corporate team and spoke with a few people who put me in touch with Adam. I wanted someone who would take my car and make it look 100% how I brought it originally and treat it like their own car. Adam is the type of guy you need in a significantly higher position than where he currently is, he's severely under utilized and his level of customer service warrants a title and pay raise. He totally 180'd the previous experience I had and restored faith in this company.
He arranged a loaner and paid the daily cost for me right away. We had a slight issue where enterprise had not heard from them to cover an additional day, however I called the front desk and within one minute she had resolved this. Additionally, Adam replaced components that were damaged from buffing and even took out scratches on the vehicle the other location did not even do out of his generosity. The detailer mentioned they spent several hours cleaning the vehicle, which is a huge kudos to them as well. The entire team was fantastic. Adam communicated with me every step of the way, even bringing his team in on the weekend to make this right.
I hope corporate, and all future customers, see this review and know they can put 150% confidence in Adam and his entire team. Everyone here should be recognized for their phenomenal customer service, quality work, and genuine kindness. I know this was frustrating to many of them for the late hours and long weekends, but please know I will value it more than you can realize.

“Updated from my previous review notes- I just got home from picking up my vehicle and I am very impressed after looking over the updates and work that was completed this week. I dropped my vehicle off Monday morning and the entire process felt smooth and easy. Communication was clear and each step was detailed and explained well. I want to shout out Eric for being very professional and giving superb service. He shows pride in his work and goes above and beyond in everything he does.
Truthfully, I brought my vehicle in weeks prior and had a rough experience with communication and insurance issues that were quite frustrating. I understood they wanted to make things right and they absolutely did. I would highly recommend the services provided from this location. My car is Pearl White, which I know can be a challenging paint color to match, and they did an amazing job! The dent is completely gone, and the new paint blends beautifully with the original finish—you would never know there had been any damage.

“My Tacoma hit an ice patch on I494 this winter and spun into the concrete median. The repair was over $23,000, just shy of the insurance totaled value. State Farm recommends you go with one of their certified partners, but LaMettry's coordination was fantastic. There were a few areas the insurance company tried to deny, but LaMettry's pushed to get the fix done the right way - which was eventually approved. Ajay was great with updates and communications. We did have an issue after we picked up the truck and LaMettry's addressed the issue with exceptional customer service and response. They stood behind their work and did not make it a hassle for me to get the additional work covered. Companies are fine when they can just do the job, but the response when there's a problem is what separates the good from the great. LaMettry's falls into the GREAT category. I have used them for other repairs in the past, and they did the job, but I never felt compelled to write a review. Their response when we had a hiccup is what drove me to write a review. By the way, I found LaMettry's years ago when my local mechanic of 15 years recommended them. He said he wouldn't take his car anywhere else. I highly recommend them!”
“LaMettry’s bloomington knocked it out of the frickin park man I have to say. I had the roof repainted on my 2011 BMW 335is and there was major clear coat failure before but now it’s minty fresh. I was working with Bradley who is super nice and down to earth and was able to get my total cost down too which was sweet. Coming from someone who never takes their car to any dealers/shops and always tries to do their own work, I would definitely trust them for any paintwork or other jobs. They have a lifetime warranty on paint too so if something were to fail prematurely it sounds like they would take care of it. 5 stars from me.”
“Had PPF done a year ago. Over the winter some bubbling and peeling occured. The bubbling went away but the peeling got progressively worse. Called, got a fast response, appointment and when i came in with my toddler i didnt catch her name but she offered me and my daughter a private conference room! That meant a lot to me! Thank u!
