If I had to pick my favorite, I think this might be it just because they have the largest selection of everything. “Quaint little western/ranch/riding shop. Doesn't quite compare to the massive selection you might find in Texas, New Mexico or Arizona shops, but that is to be expected in the Midwest. They have a decent selection of cowboy hats, and have the means on site to form or shape the hats, although you may need to come back to pick up as the operator/machine does not appear to operate consistently during normal business hours. Boot selection is great for women, a bit thin for men. I lament the fact that I cannot find pointed toe boots anymore, but it's not PHSS's fault....same issue everywhere. I guess I'm just a bit too old fashioned for the modern trend.”

“Had a difficult time dealing with a new associate today. I really appreciated the way the other 2 associates handled the situation on top of trying to deal with a group of 4 girls trying to steal. AE is definitely my very favorite clothing store. I know so much about the store that I could probably work there. I ran out of jeans to buy in my size and literally started buying the men's jeans also lol! The Next level stretch line is my favorite cuz overall the jeans are always cute, sizing is spot on & the price point works for my budget. They also offer the "Dream Jean" line which are extra super comfortable but the higher price point sometimes stops me from getting them.”

“I have been a fan of Eddie Bauer for decades. I even worked at the Southdale store while in college, ages ago. I was so impressed by the Burnsville store, and Vinnie, the clerk with outstanding customer service who helped me today! He was the only one working. I had placed an order online, but the sizes I ordered didn’t work, and I needed to make some exchanges. Without even asking, Vinnie immediately helped me find the same items in the store, assisted with my returns, exchanges, and an online order - 3 separate transactions, all while answering the phone, making exchanges and sales with other customers. He was calm, kind, and patient with everyone. I wish all store clerks were like him!”

“Jockey is my one stop shop for anything from socks underwear to winter undergarments. If they ever rip or something went wrong with them. Just wash it and save it. When you visit the store they will be happy to replace it for you with new ones. I usually go there once or twice a year to stock up”
