Got me in at last second. Were very kind and helpful. As my fiancé is stuck in bed had to rush here after hospital and they got the medication just in time. Very thankful for the two pharmacists that night 04/28/2024?

Went in today to get a prescription and the woman was so rude, inconsiderate and unpleasant. She seemed to not understand English very well or the difference between a B, G or a V. She kept asking me to spell my last name, which isn't difficult and every time I did, she signed and shook her head, being very impatient. This woman should not be in customer service with her poor attitude, Because of my insurance I have to get my prescriptions through CVS, otherwise I wouldn't give them the time of day.

Horrible service, especially from pharm tech Reine. I had the gall to ask an additional question about my medication and she scoffed and rolled her eyes, told me to wait on the side while she helped 3 other people. Then she finally went and got the pharmacist. Chewing her gum loudly, sticking out her gum coated tongue and popping it loudly. I watched her while I waited and she was just as rude and snippy with everyone. No smiles, no courtesy. If she’s the face of this pharmacy, they have a long way to go and lot to learn about customer service.

I waited 45 minutes in line to purchase my prescription that was supposed to be ready the day before. Once I got to the counter they said my prescription wasn’t ready and that they were running 2 days behind. I only go there because my insurance will cover CVS. I’m stuck with them but will try to find a different location

There is always some issue with this place. It's never a smooth visit. It used to be, back when it was simply Target Pharmacy and not CVS. You'll get a text that says your prescription is ready. Drive there and oh, look, it isn't showing in "the system." That's honestly not surprising, as the website and app are both awful too. Unfortunately I do have to call this location out specifically as they've been rude to me over the phone and in person. They also don't stick to their advertised hours during the day. Everything just feel broken across the board, so ultimately this poor customer experience is all on the leadership, whomever that may be.

This pharmacy is always short staffed. They tell you 30 minutes and 1 hour and 1/2 to 2 hours to fill prescription. Just ridiculous. The person at the counter is rude always.

I used this pharmacy for about a year and finally gave up on it. On a recent visit I was just trying to pick up a prescription and the employee couldn't understand me, I couldn't understand her, she was trying to get me to use a touch screen that didn't work. I decided to just walk out without my prescription, went home and called my clinic and told them to switch my prescriptions to Walgreens across the street.Other issues were I had a prescription I no longer wanted and it took several tries to get them to stop contacting me about coming in to get it. They were going to cancel my text alerts and I was trying to get them to understand that I didn't want them to cancel text alerts, I just wanted them to stop texting me about that particular prescription. On another occasion they left me a good, easy to understand, voice mail asking me to call them back but then I call them back and some guy answers and I couldn't understand anything he said, I hung up, waited awhile, called back and it sounded like the same guy answered again.

Been going to this pharmacy for a few years. Historically it’s been well run but it’s taken a downhill turn the past few months. Promised wait times consistently missed. If you tell someone a prescription won’t be ready for another 30 minutes, please make an effort to fulfill that expectation. I’m more understanding if they would say it won’t be ready for two hours, tomorrow etc. would rather be told the truth.
