“Reading these reviews, I have to totally agree that Angie is the kindest person ! I dont have to go in to the Savage location to make a payment , but I do to say hello and chat for a bit. She will take good care of your belongings also. She's very trustworthy and I highly recommend this location.”

“Mike was fantastic. Super easy and quick to rent online and move in!
09/2024: Unfortunately, the monthly rental cost has been increasing and we pay 40% more than our friends who rented about 2 weeks before us. The costs are on the higher end and a few times the gate or doors have been broken/inaccessible. The climate controlled units are still great themselves though.”
“I’ve been with this facility for about 3 months and have had a good experience. The manager Jonathan was attentive and answered my many questions. Other staff I’ve interacted with have been good as well. The facility is well lit, clean, and seems secure. It’s conveniently located and convenient to access. It’s also nice to be able to pull into the “garage” to be shielded from the elements! My only concern is the wording in the lease agreement surrounding rate changes. I want to iterate this is surely written at the corporate level vs management at each Extra Storage facility. Also want to highlight I have not experienced any rate changes. I will update my review if/when I do though.”

“I had a fantastic experience at StorageMart in Burnsville. Cassie was absolutely wonderful and the main reason I decided to rent here. She was kind, patient, and understanding, never pushy, and really took the time to help me find the right unit for my needs. The facility itself is spotless and very convenient, with indoor units where you can park inside to load and unload. It made the whole process so much easier. I highly recommend StorageMart in Burnsville, and if you can, ask for Cassie!”

“Gopher State Storage is an excellent, secure place to store from small units to open air lot (RV). Management is friendly and make moving in and out a breeze. We had a wonderful experience with them and would use them again.”
“Clean space. Nice mgmt. The entire time I have been renting though, at least one door is broken. Getting inside is the most difficult access I've ever come across. Terrible. I'll be looking around again.
Update: Uhaul has bought out Extra Storage which is what this review was for. Uhaul has been excellent. Changing my star rating to 5.”

“Super friendly staff. Been with them for several years now and Kristian and Amanda have been very helpful. Very clean, carts are available, elevators and best of all climate controlled. They also have a 3 stall garage feature that you can unload or load which will fit a truck or car which is great for weather extremes in Minnesota. I highly recommend this facility to everyone!!”

“I stored my belongings during a move for 6 months. The place was secure and everyone who helped me move said that the set up is great for getting trucks and vehicles in and out of the area. They accommodated the cube company I used so they could just drop off the cube and pick it up after it was off-loaded.”

“We moved to Burnsville and were planning on moving our storage only to find that no place was as great as Ironclad. Most places in Burnsville had no customer service, all online with many hidden fees and each month billed at a different rate. How in the world could anyone budget if they don't know what they are charged monthly? That's insane. We are staying with Ironclad!! They are the best hands down.”

“I rent a lot of U-Haul‘s because I own a Moving Company. Shakopee, mini storage is the best U-Haul neighborhood dealer in the Metro area. I would rather rent from them than a couple of the U-Haul franchise locations. They have a lot of trucks available and their after hours Key system is always accurate.”
