“Hit a deer with my wife’s vehicle and they fit me in as soon as they could. Filed my claim with my insurance company and had a lot of issues with them getting out to the shop and doing an inspection. The insurance company didn’t want to go out and inspect my vehicle. “I bought an AA Primary Clutch and 4 months later it failed. I contacted AA and they worked with me extensively to determine what caused the problem. It appeared that it had come loose on the shaft and that caused the damage. They repaired the clutch and sent it back to me. I appreciated their effort to help me avoid future problems with clutches.”

“I'm here visiting family from CA and my truck decides to to give me a huge "poof " (like a vacuum hose bursting) and quits in the middle of HWY 8 going up the hill in SCF. It had, had enough of driving across country. I called Complete Automotive the next day, by recommendation of my nephew, and they got me in that afternoon. Because a part needed to be ordered I wouldn't be able to get my truck back until the next day. I absolutely love this place! They could have gouged me for service and parts but they were the most honest automotive people around! It was only a fuel fuse! Matt was friendly, honest, and made sure I was back on the road. “Yesterday after me and my sister were dropping my mom off at Hazelden, my engine coolant warning light cae on. As you can imagine, we were already very stressed and emotionally taxed so the warning light coming on was just icing on the cake to a rough day. After calling c and n, we drove over and one of the employees took a look at my car, filled the coolant, and also fished out the cap that fell down the side thanks to my sister. He didn't charge us at all and honestly, it meant so much to us. I was so relieved to have it fixed so quickly so we could go home. To him it may have been a small gesture of kindness but to us, it was huge. Thanks again”

They squeezed me in to their already full calendar, diagnosed the problem, and offered solutions even though I didn’t have a big ticket repair. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but St Croix Auto Body is customer oriented. I will definitely return with future automotive needs.”

“My key and fob were lost so I called up Johnson Motors of St. Croix Falls to see about replacing them. I was thinking that I would have a delay of getting them because of GM being on strike and was told that they would be able to do the FOB right away because they have them in stock but as far as the key went they couldn't get it from GM but they were going to check around the other dealerships and see if they had any extra. They said they would get back to me when they got it and that it would most likely be the next day. It was only a short time later they called and were able to find one and I could come in and get it made any time. Outstanding work! The workers were all VERY helpful and considerate. I was in and out in no time at all.”

“If you need a tow out of a ditch in the Chisago Lakes area, like my wife once did, Peterson came in the time of need and did a great job. Our SUV spun out of control after hitting a washboard area on a gravel road not far from our house. Once it left the road it rolled in the ditch popping out all the windows. Thankfully, she and our son walked away from the vehicle unharmed. A testament to wearing seat belts and cars deploying airbags. It was a relief Peterson Towing handled the vehicle upon arriving.”
“I brought my compact tractor to the Osceola location and asked for 3rd function hydraulics to be added to the front of the loader so I could add a root grapple.Tony in sales found a nice grapple at a great price, and a hydraulic kit with hard lines vs having rubber lines. The hydraulic kit was priced very close to the do it yourself kits from Summit which use all rubber lines.Trent in service was very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to complete the work and have the grapple delivered to thier location in 3 days, even though there was a blizzard during those 3 days.I dropped it off on a Tuesday afternoon and picked it up Friday morning.The workmanship is great and looks like it came that way from the factory.Very happy !”

“I brought my 1972 Plymouth Valiant here to get two new front tires installed, and have some electrical things looked at.When I went to pick the car up, I was only charged for the labor on installing the two new tires. When I went in and saw the invoice, I inquired about the electrical problems that I had asked them to look at. I was advised to talk to the tech on duty and he had mentioned he had looked into the wiring and informed me of what the issues were.I can honestly say I had a great first-time experience with having one of my vehicles serviced at this place.On my printed invoice receipt, it says it was written by Leif. T.I assume that was the very kind and understanding gentleman that worked on my car. I want to acknowledge his great people skills, and kindness. An absolute stand up guy!In addition to frequently visiting this locally owned business for both fuel, and drinks, I will most certainly be back for future service on my vehicles.Thank you.”
