So I called KO Storage and explained what my call was about. Giselle answered and after hearing the issue tried to close the gate remotely. That didn't work. So she was going to contact the site manager for a work order. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I feel good leaving the issue in her hands.”

“LOL FUNNY how they have 50% off first month rental for VETERANS. And I told the Eagan location Town Center that I wanted to move all 3 of my units. Yes 3 of them. I’ve been with them for 2 years and I have paid all of them during that time frame, and the lady on the phone at TOWN CENTER in EAGAN said “ Oh I’m sorry I called the top corporate individuals and they said they WONT pro rate me”. That’s criminalization legally I guess. Even if you are Iraq combat Vet.”
