I had an order that had 3 separate boxes and needed to be shipped in one big box but they knew away around it and helped me save another trip by doing the shipment separately and the gentleman I wish I knew his name but he had patience and helped get it done correctly. “I have been here a dozen times over several years for multiple things and have never had issues and was usually out of the store in 5 minutes.
A lot of the negative reviews are just people being ridiculous. Yes, it costs money for them to print a label for you. This is how they make money. Why would this be a free service? People are entitled and ridiculous. If you have a problem paying a measly 7-8 dollars for a convenience service I think you have bigger fish to fry than whine on Google.”
