“Wow. What a wonderful experience. My husband is in need of a wardrobe upgrade. He loathes shopping. So, we were delighted when we found Bill’s Toggery. We had the intention of going in for a nice pair of slacks, dress shirt and maybe a sport coat to start. Well, we ended up with a wonderful experience, 2 pants, 2 shirts and 2 sport coats and a pair of killer shoes. Billy and his team are just plain amazing. We were greeted casually and offered wonderful attention and help. Never pushy. Prices are fair. Staff is superb. Overall a perfect experience. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. The staff are professionals who exceeded expectations. We spent about 2 hours in there and saw many people come and go. They arrived content but left happier than ever…purchases in tow.”

“Dressed me last minute for a formal event, put a mid 30s guy in clothes that got multiple comments on how good they looked from teenagers. I think that's worthy of a fantastic rating.They miss 5* just on price. You're absolutely paying for a high quality product, but it's about 20% more expensive than I felt it should be for the kind of clothing you're getting.I will still shop here regularly now, but my wardrobe will be smaller, and I think that's ok.”

“Preenar went out of her way during the entire time we were shopping there at the store that day. She answered all of our questions and went on Beyond to assist us even further beyond our questions to help us out even more. After this, we were stuck in line as there was only one person doing checkouts with a big line. Preenar then took initiative to see that she was needed at the registers and started checking people out where she eventually checked us out as well. “Always wanted to get one of the shirts but was hesitant based on the high price. Was at the Dayton's market today and my mother bought me one as a Xmas gift. I can assure you the shirt is very well made and worth the high price, both in terms of material quality and attention to detail.

But more importantly Lydia the sales associate was the best customer service we have ever received. From start to finish she helped my son get some new clothes for his school dance, and she helped me find some new shirts in my size. She was perfect in everything she did. “Beautiful store but a bit frustrating there was no price on the tester. Just a recommendation people don't generally want to buy the tester because it's been used but that is the item people first look at so having the price more visible is helpful.”

“I had an awesome experience working with Abdihakim at Men’s Wearhouse. He helped me find exactly what I needed without making the process stressful or awkward. He actually listened to what I wanted, gave honest suggestions, and made sure everything fit right instead of just trying to sell random stuff. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and loves it he’s patient, chill, and really good at putting outfits together. He made the whole shopping trip way easier than I expected. If you go to Men’s Wearhouse, definitely ask for Abdihakim. He’ll take care of you and make sure you walk out looking clean.”

“What a great surprise after an intense shopping experience. The store had great inventory, but was a bit chaotic with the member event. The highlight was the help we received from the store manager, Max. I met him at checkout as there were questions with an online order I needed to place. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but extremely patient (the line was 10 deep). He took the time helping me and getting our order placed with the correct discount and my interaction was one that reminded me that customer service is what makes a retail environment worth coming back to — retail needs more people like him.”

“Wednesday, June 4th I went in with my best friend to see if I could return a defective roll on glitter or do an exchange. It was my fault because I didn’t have my receipt but two workers were so helpful! They were so kind to still take the item and to exchange it and made sure I got a new one that actually worked!
