“I haven't been in the Ridgedale Mall for awhile. But was there yesterday and walked into a store that was new to me, called Jaxen Grey. I was looking for light weight shorts and tee shirts. I was lucky to be assisted by a wonderful person named Triston Clark. Triston asked if they could help me with anything, and wow did they provide excellent service and advice! I ended up with 2 of the best tee shirts tee shirts I have seen. I was so impressed with the serious, expert, caring service, I hope the company will consider having Triston as a multi-store manager. While assisting me, another salesperson also asked for advice, which they also got skillfully answered from Triston.Listening to a customer's real needs and concerns and understanding how to help, is a very rare quality in stores today. You have a gem!”

“I went in with the intention of just getting my measurements and curious of what was on the market. Ended up spending an hour with Judd, and his team learning about the market, the does and do nots, and having amazing conversations with them. They listened, were nothing less of professional, and ended up getting two outfits. The atmosphere is almost like going into a barbershop in terms of storytelling, a sense of belonging, and having fun. Laughter led to trust, and leaving the place made me feel like I just hung out with my friends. This place is TOP, and I mean Mount Everest Top Notch. Judd, and his team are second to no one.”

It was my fault because I didn’t have my receipt but two workers were so helpful! They were so kind to still take the item and to exchange it and made sure I got a new one that actually worked! “They had a lot of their name brand clothing locked to the clothing rack.. So every time I wanted something like a pair of Nike spandex shorts or t-shirt, I had to have an employee unlock it for me just to even try it on.. I mean I get that retail theft is a huge issue in our country, but this just seems a little redundant. I would think most people would attempt to steal or conceal items while in the fitting rooms. There was no employee there checking how many items you go in with vs how many you come out with.”

“What a great surprise after an intense shopping experience. The store had great inventory, but was a bit chaotic with the member event. The highlight was the help we received from the store manager, Max. I met him at checkout as there were questions with an online order I needed to place. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but extremely patient (the line was 10 deep). He took the time helping me and getting our order placed with the correct discount and my interaction was one that reminded me that customer service is what makes a retail environment worth coming back to — retail needs more people like him.”
