Eight customers in line to check out with only a single cashier.

I didn't actually use the custom framing, I managed to find other frames that worked in the store. The person in the framing department didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing.

I paid for a framing job and my ticket said it would be done in 3 weeks. I called today to see if it was done and the employee who answered the phone said she was the only one in the store and was at the till so she couldn't look. I was trying to ask her when more staff would arrive and she transfered me to the manager who told me she didn't see my project. I asked what I should do now as I was promised it today. She said that her framer had been out for 3 days. I said she had 3 weeks. She replied that she can't help it if she got sick and was calling in another framer who would call me back. I asked if she wanted to write down my number and she said they had it in their paperwork. I did not get a call or email saying it would be late. They were framing a small sampler that was of little value but great value to my family history. I am upset at this point and have not received a follow up call yet.

My sister and I spoke to Karen a cashier today. Not only did she make it a fun shopping experience, she was one of the sweetest people ever. Everyone needs a Karen at their place of work! Great Job Karen

Michael's does not enforce mask while shopping, even though it's state law, corporate will not let their employees say anything to the customer. I choose not to shop there anymore until I find it safe to do so again.

Do NOT take a posted class at this location. No one seems to know the procedure for sign-ups, or the details of the class. The instructor was neither prepared nor able to direct the activity. There was no reason to do the activity at the store- it was better done at home. In talking with the manager, it didn't seem as though it bothered him !? The products are fine, and a great assortment, but you are definitely on your own.

The location is very convenient and the store is jam-packed with everything a crafter would ever need. The problem is, they never have any help there to actually assist you if you are looking for something. And check out is a nightmare. You will have to wait in line forever. But consider yourself lucky if they actually have two check out lines up and running, and not just one. I HATE going here because of the long wait in line. Doesn't seem to matter what time of day or what day of the week. It's always a long wait at the check outs. I think they need better management to learn how to better staff this place.

I end up going to this location often because I live in the area. Any time I need help looking for something, it seems like nobody knows where the product is either and basically I end up following them all around the store. Another thing that's extremely frustrating is the long wait to check out every time I go in there. Typically there's only one cashier and for some reason I usually end up waiting in line for 5-10 minutes.

I have now patronized this store 5-6 times and frankly I have never once left without something negetive happening. A few times its just been an annoyance, super slow cashiers who literally have NO idea what they are doing, can't work a register and giggle like school girls when they should be ringing up the next customer (as the line grows) But, Most recently I went in to make a return, a product I purchased was an overwhelming dissapointment, and did not work like the packaging stated. I was told by the friendly enough cashier she wasn't sure if they'd accept the return and so she called the manager, well. This "manager" was the furthest thing from a someone I'd ever promote or even hire to work with animals much less fellow human beings... she was a vile creature, snapped at me before I had a chance to say a word by saying "we can't resell these they're open." So I calmly apologized (I shouldn't have but I'm polite) and explained the product didn't operate at all as it was intended and that my son needed this for his school project. I even told her if it would be easier I'd take store credit (even tho I had paid cash and the item was in no way damaged) she huffed and puffed and TOLD me that since this item didn't work for me I was basically not ALLOWED to buy anything else similar at their store because all the other options they sold that were similar would operate the same. wow! Ok. Then she slammed down the product and said to the cashier "fine, refund the item" and stormed off. I replied "thank you I appreciate that" trying desperately to calm down the situation, mind you I had only spoken about 7 words to both her and the cashier, all of which were spoken in a calm, gracious, even apologetic manner, I was overly nice to her and she totally freaked out on me. Word of advice, don't shop here unless you enjoy being abused verbally. Now, you may think I'm embellishing this story or that this is a freak incident, its not and I'm not. This is common place at this store with this manager...I down played this incident if anything, in all honesty, it was borderline a psychotic break down this woman had... Buyer beware!
