Staffing levels are frequently described as very poor, with long wait times of over an hour for a banker due to limited employees, leading to a pathetic experience. However, some staff members are noted as being extremely helpful, courteous, and professional, solving problems and providing great service. Customers also report instances of receiving wrong information and poor help from customer service over the phone.
Kendra and Kelly were extremely helpful and friendly during my visit. I had set up an appointment and was welcomed from the moment I walked in. They addressed my needs thoroughly which made my experience awesome.

I usually don't go to the bank.. 😬 But I decided to put some cash into my account instead of having it lay around. Daniel was very friendly and funny. He also answered the questions I had.
