“The experience with this PS has been nothing short of amazing! I've been coming to drop stuff every day in advance of our move- convenience of mobile app access to the gate, easy in-out-and back on the highway, and clean/well kept grounds. On days when it snowed, the driveways were plowed right away in the morning. Also, Shellie is fantastic and great to work with - I had forgotten to replace my lock one day, so she was able to temporary secure it until the next day when I came back. Overall would recommend and use again for my next move.”
“I rented at Stor for over a year and cannot say enough amazing things about the experience. This was my first time renting a storage unit and Stor has exceeded my expectations. I was nervous about keeping my things somewhere outside of my home because it was new to me, but I am so glad I picked this one. The move-in process was easy and simple, getting in and out of the building is secure and quick. Payment is easily processed through autopayments. The building has plenty of sturdy carts to utilize. Everything was very clean, dry, and completely climate controlled. When I moved out this week to relocate out of state, my items were in the same condition they were when I moved them in last summer. I barely had to sweep the unit, that’s how clean it was. Moving out was easy and hassle free. All the interactions I had with the staff were great from move-in, general questions, to move out. They responded quickly and knowledgably. I highly recommend this facility!”

No actual times that they'll be in.
There has been an "IT issue" since Saturday but we've seen multiple people access their units. I was told they'd call us with a temporary key so we could have access to our property/belongings. If this is supposed to be a safe place for our belongings why the hell is there no communication with us or access to communication with you guys? We can't get ahold of property manager and it's not always an option for us to drive down there.
Biggest complaint here is the lack of information and being told he would call us back. He didn't, I've called multiple times with NO answer. I've left 2 voicemails... 1st I was nice about, 2nd one I mean. The second we have access to our belongings we're out.

I think his name is Tom finally came to the office. We talked a bit and he was understanding of me being upset and wanting to rage; we joked a bit and he was able to get me in. It was a temporary code... but I hope the IT gets itself figured out.
Seriously if you're about to leave a review because of the same issues - you aren't alone and it may feel like it's choosing it's victims (don't let that make you go crazy, you're complying and you paid; you're valid).
Seriously though, I think a text line with whoever is in office would be beneficial/office cell phone.

“I wanted to provide feedback for my experience working with All American Self Storage, I reached out to them about wanting a larger unit ideally on the first floor, it turned out they rented the last one the day before. They did offer an option to rent 2 units that were next to each other on the 2nd floor and provided a discount because of a known issue with one of their freight elevators. That freight elevator has parts ordered but will be down for a period of time as the parts are no longer readily available. To make up for that they offered a discounted price and are applying that for the full term of our lease ( As long as we rent it) which is unheard of. Mike and Angie have been very accommodating, I stopped in and toured the facility, they have 24/7 staffing that live on site, CCTV cameras through out, building had originally been multiple buildings so they have a lot of units of various sizes, the entire facility is fully sprinkled, they had motion sensor LED lights throughout and the floors had a fresh coat of paint, They have a one way drive through that is able to accommodate a semi, they are open 7 days a week 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM. I am planning to secure the 2 storage units on my way home after work!
