I was happy to find this location close to my company, and had first two good experience with customer service, and these ladies deserve my 5 stars. However, during recent couple visits I didn't feel welcoming from different tellers when I came in. Tellers seemed to find it difficult to ask if I need a balance with deposit transactions. I didn't neither see eye contact, smile, nor hearing thank you or have a great day before I left. I used to be a teller and worked in customer service, kindness and appreciation make a difference in relationship with customers. It's simple.

I love this US bank location. I just started with them a couple weeks ago. Every time I come in all the staff are super friendly and willing to help with any questions I have. The banking app is super easy to use and hands down the best banking app I have seen.If you are looking at any banks this the one to be at. ?????

I’ve been a business and personal customer for 20 years and Shoreview has the worst service of any US Bank. It takes between 10-15 minutes to do a quick deposit compared to 3-5 at Circle Pines.

This is my first year being a US bank customer and I’ve had a great experience. Maddi/Madison Tkachuck was so helpful with making sure I understood my account options and getting everything set up. Love this bank!

We use US Bank for all of our business banking and had a great experience with Madison today. She was extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and we left feeling happy to Bank with US bank. She was very knowledgeable with all of the services and offers and I am very happy to have worked with her today!

I've had US Bank for years - but the service at this branch was unmatched. Maddi Tkachuck was especially helpful, she really took the time to listen to my concerns/needs and made sure everything was handled professionally and appropriately. Moving forward I will only be going to this branch any time I need banking/finance help!

My low star rating is in regards to the outside drive through ATM. I've had overall good experiences with staff etc. being helpful inside the bank. But this is the 3rd time in under a few years that the outside ATM has taken my money and not deposited it properly. Either they need to get a new machine or some other system because it's beyond ridiculous. I shouldn't have to worry every time I use their ATM that I could lose my deposit money. Please get this fixed ASAP.

One of the worst banking experiences of my life. The bank Vice President is rude, misogynistic, antagonistic and anti-customer experience. I’ve never been a fan of large banking institutions and this experience does nothing more than validate why I take my business to banks that value customers.

Tried to redeem and deposit a treasury bond. Told "we don't do that anymore go to Treasury website". Went to said website, "If you hold an account at a local bank and it cashes savings bonds, ask the bank if it will cash yours. The answer may depend on how long you've held an account there. If the bank will cash for you, find out what dollar limit, if any, it has on redemptions and what identification and other documents you need. Ok. called Shoreview branch to confirm. Got voicemail " We'll get back to you at our leisure" THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A BANK??????? Gonna be a hassle but I'm closing my account and I encourage everyone to do the same US Bank are worthless moneychangers...

I stopped in the drive through to make a payment. I underestimated the wind and it blew my cash out of the box. I thought I lost everything until the manager who was helping me out at the time ran outside and grabbed my cash!The staff has always been nice to me in the last few years I’ve been here and never have to wait (unless the customer in front of you makes 5+ transactions). Great banking service and am always happy to visit.

Drive thru woman was extremely condescending and rude. (Blonde, May 10th 2:10pm) Her unprofessional attitude and remarks made the experience very uncomfortable, will not return.
