“Travis and his team helped us take down a couple of diseased trees and helped us remove some trees that were just too densely planted. He also helped us trim our remaining trees so that they would be healthier in the years to come. Travis was helpful, professional, and gave us great advice and guidance on how to manage our trees and at a very fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.”

They asked some questions and then got me on the right track to get what would work for my location. The whole experience was just wonderful. I will be back when I need more plants.”

We in no less than 45 minutes got 4 sets of locks identically keyed, got a mini fridge on major clearance, did some Christmas shopping, all while getting those odds and ends. She is kind, funny, and extremely helpful! I had gone in with a couple of items in mind and in the midst of helping me find those items, she also helped me find some other things that I needed and all for great prices. She was very knowledgeable and I could tell by our interactions that she is an absolute veteran when it comes to customer service. Sincerely one of the best shopping experiences that I have ever had! “I went in today to pick up a specific tool that I'd researched online. Unfortunately when I went to the location that the HD website told me it was in, the model I wanted was completely gone. While I was standing there trying to figure out my options, an associate named Brenda approached me, asked if I needed help, then proceeded to track down a couple of models for me in an unusual location - she then volunteered to grab me a bigger pushcart, and got another associate named Jesus to help load it up. She searched for it like she was looking for it herself, and I appreciated it so much! Then Jesus was kind enough to walk out with me and load it into my car. Brenda and Jesus really turned my situation around and helped me get just what I wanted! Their service is what would encourage me to come back to this location!”
“We were at the Plymouth Mn Home Depot today. Brandy in the Flooring Department helped up with carpet for a couple rooms.
Brandy was super knowledgeable but moreso she was totally engaged in her job.

“I walked in about 6:45 PM to rent a 20” chainsaw. Brad helped me and told me before I departed with it that I should try and start it with several pulls first without using the choke because the Echo Brand saw seems to start better that way.
He also said if it didn’t start after three pulls then to use the choke for one pull and then back it off and pull again and it should start.
Well, he was right and once the saw started it ran perfectly and with very good power. The chain on the saw was sharp, the fluids were full and I cut up several tree trunks in about 45 minutes and had the chainsaw returned within 1 1/2 hours.
