I recently received a quote from another repair shop that told me I needed around $1500 of work done on one of my vehicles. I took it to Jake for a second opinion. He could have easily completed the repair as I assumed it needed the work. Instead he old me no work was need and to come get my vehicle with no change. Yes, honestly still exist in this world.”

“This store is absolutely amazing. They have everything you could possibly need for any type of animal except reptile/fish. They have a ton of stuff for hunting and everything you could possibly need for outdoors. They have a large clothing, selection, shoe collection and a nice clearance area. The customer experience is unmatched. I walked in the door and was welcomed with some breakfast samples. Then I noticed free popcorn for customers, which was awesome. They also had a caramel apple station which was also free. Then on our way out after a few hours, we were able to get free hotdogs. I went didn’t expecting to spend maybe five dollars and ended up spending over 70 because of how awesome this place and because of the great deals!”

“Be prepared for 4 hour stay as 1000 tires are going to be unloaded by hand. 4am appts check in at dock door 5. Someone will materialize and you will give them your paperwork.(there is no actual shipping and receiving office)Their driver will vacate dock 5 and you will pull in afterwards. All docks are occupied during the night. Drop and hook will also take place so be out of the way(53footer same dock out in). Small trucks will vacate docks from 4am on. You may be woken up if you are in the way. 7am appts are unloaded after 4am appt leaves dock 5. I parked on horseshoe before. I don't know what happeneds when you are late.”

I was definitely not the “ideal” customer today running late to my tire change appointment and then forgetting one of my old tires and having to come back after my appointment for them to be able to actually change both tires I bought. Despite that, the manager Cory and his staff were very kind and patient with me, offering to let me get my tire and come back with it later that day without having to reschedule a new appointment. I know it was extra time and effort for them to accommodate me today, and I’m grateful that I decided to go through them for my tire change. Highly recommend the Plymouth Discount Tire location if you are in need of service on your vehicle and want amazing customer service!”
